休日の川崎駅前は、とても混んでいました。
家族連れや買い物客で、てんてこまい。活気が出てきた証拠です。
少し落ち着いたところで飲もうと予約して訪れました。
京急川崎駅の直ぐ近くの飲食ビル4階にあります。
飲み放題と肉寿司食べ放題がついた3,980円の
リーズナブルなコースをいただきました。
コースはスタートすると、どんどん運ばれてきます。
ドリンクはグラスオーダー制ですが、オーダーするとすぐに
運ばれてくるので、こちらもどんどん飲みました。
良かったところは、メインのフォアグラ＆トリュフ肉寿司食べ放題が
だいぶ早い段階で提供され、食べ切ってから追加オーダーの
ルールはあるものの、時間までたっぷり食べられたところでしょうか。
肉も期待よりしっとり、シャリは「新潟県産コシヒカリ」
肉は宮崎県産 黒毛和牛だそう。黒トリュフの香りもしっかりして
フォアグラの脂の甘さがとても良いバランスでした。
特製トリュフ醤油ソースがまた贅沢な気分にさせてくれるのです。
これを食べ放題にできるって、企業努力だと思いました。
季節の前菜は、お通しですね。ワカメとシラスのあえ物
ビールのお供には欠かせない枝豆は、器にたっぷりと盛られて
食べても食べてもなくならないレベルでした。
自家製ドレッシングらしい、旬野菜のシーザーサラダは
海苔がトッピングされています。レタスに水菜、トマトも乗っています。
衣カリカリ、熱々揚げたての若鶏の唐揚げは、ハイボールと相性よし
秘伝のタレに漬け込んでいるそうですが、懐かしい味わいです。
続けて、フレンチフライは細めタイプ。
黒トリュフがのってクリスピーな食感がわたし好みです。
肉豆腐と大根の和風煮込みは、汁物が欲しい頃合いだったので嬉しい。
さっぱりした甘さの和風抹茶プリンがラスト。飲み放題のビールは、サントリー樽生でした。
外国のスタッフさんが多いですが、日本語はみなさん
しっかりしていて、オーダーにも肉寿司の追加にも不安はなし。
お腹一杯、食べたい飲みたい世代には嬉しいお店なのでは？
