川崎駅から徒歩5分くらいの所にあります。
銀座の本店で3年連続ミシュランをとったそうです。
仕事の事業が一旦起動にのりその祝いに上司にご馳走になりましたので値段は想像値です。。。
カウンターはL字で目の前で握ってくれる。
最近は回転すしや寿司居酒屋しか行ってなかったのでそれだけで興奮しました。
ドリンクは全て小さめの丸氷で来てお洒落でした。
ビールと山椒ジントニックと八海山の米焼酎、刻の一滴（芋）を飲みました！
出だしの先付でフグの芽ネギ巻、トコブシ、あさり酢味噌あえ、雲丹胡麻豆腐
次にいくらとキャビア、からすみの魚卵小どんぶり
雲丹の食べ比べはバフンウニ、ムラサキウニ、塩水バフンウニの三種類を食べ比べで赤シャリとのりが付いてきて海苔巻きでも楽しめました。
お刺身3点盛は大トロとはたと貝（ほたてじゃない何かでした。）
筍とマグロの土佐煮はマグロの脳天の油ののったぶりみたいな食感でした。
茶碗蒸しは鱧はプリっぷりでした！
〆の留椀はあさりの大きなのが入ってました！
デザートは抹茶プリンで甘くない濃厚な抹茶で美味しかったです。
カウンターから醤油や塩や味付けが終わって一貫ずつ出てくるような高級なお寿司は初めてで感動しました。
一貫一貫どれも美味しく大将がうんちくを語ってくれたりしてとても素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。
自腹ではなかなか来れない高級なお寿司やさんでしたが接待や祝い事でまた使えたらいいなと思いました！
