お店は川崎チッタの入り口にあるファミマ横のエレベーターから行けます
地下1階なのですが、入ったらそこは急に銀座のような高級店
地上はごちゃごちゃした治安の悪い川崎なのに、いい意味で川崎らしくない世界に行けます
店内はとても静かで、クラシックが心地よく流れています
初見なのでとりあえずランチおまかせコース(上)
前菜は湯葉の和え物と、クリームチーズ
お上品なお手前で
握りは9種
手を伸ばす先のカウンターに置かれるため、マナー的にお行儀が悪いので写真はあまり撮りませんでした。
ネタはイカや鯛、鮪と新鮮で文句なし
シャリは赤酢で茶色く、口に入れると綺麗にほどける上品な握り加減
抜群に美味しいものは無かったですが、ウニが小さく残念
もとの大きさから半分に切っているのでしょうが、食材が可哀想
蒸し物は茶碗蒸しで、巻物はかんぴょう
ラストに玉子 この玉子がチーズケーキのよう
味は程々でしたが、とても雰囲気の良いお店なので、川崎でデートした際にはもってこいのお店です
