日曜の18:30頃に訪問。金土曜は満席のことが多いそうですが、今日はたまたま貸切でした！

①旨み溢れる熟成寿司！
こちらのお店ではお魚はある程度熟成させてお寿司を握っているとのこと！白身は歯ごたえと旨みが強く、青魚も口当たりよく美味しい！特に中トロは、脂のノリが程よくまた旨みと良く調和した絶品！！
②お寿司以外のクオリティ！
お出汁がとても香り良いため、お寿司以外の先付、煮物、汁物も絶品です！
中でもトロたく巻の海苔は感動しました！パリっとした海苔は口の中ですぐに解け、香りが口いっぱいに広がります！
