As I was browsing through restaurants on Nakamise Street, I came across a Kyushu cuisine restaurant that had just opened. There's also a counter, so it seems like you won't have a problem even if you're alone, and the fresh air of the newly opened restaurant feels nice. Since it's Kyushu cuisine, I wanted to try shochu as well, but for the sake of my liver, I decided to stick with beer. Instead, I eat as much as I can, as if my stomach is being thoroughly teased. So, let's start with mentaiko. If you go to Kyushu cuisine, you will definitely order it! Raw mackerel sashimi. Personally, my favorite sashimi is raw mackerel. I ordered four chicken dish and was given two flavors to choose from (I chose black pepper and sansho).Although it's not related to Kyushu, I couldn't resist the temptation of the fall flavor and ordered the grilled saury. You won't regret ordering it! Finished with steamed Gyoza / Dumpling. It was quite voluminous and I felt like I was going to burst from eating it. Overall, it was delicious and I liked that it seemed easy to use by one person or multiple people. I'll come back later!
