友人とそのお嬢さんと私と三人で女子会@武蔵新城
ずっと来てみたかったこちらのお店にやっと来れました。
カウンター七席、奥に個室の小さな箱を大将と奥様で仕切っています。
お料理はご覧の通り 美しく美味しい！
突き出しの栗の素揚げ、銀杏は初物。
秋刀魚は骨まで柔らかく煮付けてあります。
お椀のお出汁はお見事。山形県産天然舞茸は歯ごたえもシャキシャキ。
お造りは昆布締めした鯵、炙ったノドグロ、ヤリイカ、ウニ。
賀茂茄子の味噌田楽の味噌の美味しいこと！味噌だけでもいいくらい。
国産牛ハラミのローストビーフは柔らかくて味が濃い。玉ねぎのソースがこれまた美味しくてソースだけでもいいくらい。笑
〆のご飯はヒラマサのアプリご飯。かおりの良い長ネギを最後に投入して混ぜる。おかわりいかがですか？と言われたけれとお腹いっぱいだと言ったらおにぎりにしてお持たせにしてくれました。
デザートのアイスクリームもミルクのお味がとっても美味しい。
お味だけでなくトーク、器も素敵で楽しかった。いいお店です。もう開いてから10年なんですって！なんでもっと早く来なかったんだ、と悔やまれました。
今度は男どもも連れてきてあげよう。
