知り合いに誘われて、こちらのお店に。
武蔵新城という駅に初上陸。ここは誘われなかったらこない場所だなぁ。
駅から歩いて7分程度。住宅街のなかにあります。
まずはビールで乾杯。
▼海老と茄子、ピーマンの煮浸し
プリッとした食感の海老。茄子とピーマンの煮浸しも美味しい。
スターターに丁度いい一品です。
▼まくわうり
まくわうりの漬け物（？）。
鰹節をまぶした一品。さっぱり淡白な味わい。
▼きぬかつぎ、ゆかり
里芋のきぬかつぎ、つるん。
ほっくりねっとりの里芋、ゆかりの爽やかな酸味と合いますね。
▼枝豆
箸休めに枝豆。
▼マコガレイとネギのお吸い物
ここでお吸い物。
マコガレイのふっくらした身、ネギの甘みもあり美味しいです。
▼かつお、鯛、車海老
シンプルながらこのお刺身、美味しい。これが仕事か。
かつおは皮目のこんがりした部分の風味が最高。
車海老のぷりっとした食感もとても良いです。
鯛の淡白な味わいもよし。
▼玉ねぎといんげん、甘味噌
甘やかな玉ねぎに甘味噌。甘さの重ね技。
いんげんも苦みより甘みを引き立てた味わい。
▼穴子と賀茂茄子
穴子の身はふっくら、程よい甘み。
賀茂茄子の歯ごたえもよく美味しいです。
▼鯛めし
土鍋で炊き上げた鯛めし。
蓋を開けた瞬間に鯛の香りがふわっと。
ご飯、美味しいわぁ。
▼海老の味噌汁
ラストは海老の頭で出汁を取ったお味噌汁。
よく出汁がでてるわぁ。
▼ほうじ茶アイス最中
思っている以上にほうじ茶が濃厚。
パリっとした最中。
このコースで5,000円ちょっと。
お酒飲んでも7,000円くらい。
このレベルの和食がこの価格でいただけるのは、場所柄かしら。
これはまた行きたくなります。
