最初友達に紹介されて、夜、奥のテーブル席で食事をしました。その時はふつうだなと思っていました。その後、4人以上ならば昼も予約できると伺い、4人でカウンターで食事をしました。
コースは5500円からなので、5500円（飲み物を注文しないと、この金額だけ）を注文しました。
カウンターだと、大将の調理の仕方を見て、話がいろいろ聞けて勉強になります。マグロなら大間、タケノコなら京都が最高と思いきや、大将はその時においしいものを選んでいると聞き、素人は目からうろこ状態です。
そういう大将は毎月四国に仕入れにいったり、海外に呼ばれて出張料理をしたりと忙しいので、空いている日にちに予約をするのが結構たいへんです。ですから、確実にお店に行きたいときは、事前に電話をすることが必要です。でも、そのくらいしても時期にあった食材を使ったお料理は、どれもすばらしく、満足して帰ることまちがいなしです。私は特に椀ものに感激します。
目の前で食材や調理の仕方を説明してもらいながら食事できる、それも4人でもいいというのは、贅沢ではないでしょうか。
４人でカウンターの食事は３回経験しましたが、どの回も大満足でした。すでにおせち料理の予約も予定数に近づいているとか。一人分からおせちも予約できるので、おすすめです。
