武蔵新城にある和食屋さん。
コスパがいいと誘われて訪問。
一番下の5,500円のコース。
予約が急な中でも対応いただきました。
揚げるとパサつきやすい海老芋もしっとりと揚がっており、技術レベルの高さを感じました。
また余裕をもって予約をし、コースももう少し上のものを食べてみたいと思います。
