武蔵新城から南側に徒歩7,8分、有名な焼肉屋さんを通り過ぎて人通りもあまりない閑静なエリアにある日本料理のお店。
この日は常連さんの貸切会でお邪魔しました。
ただ一見でも予約は取りやすいです。
お店は手前にちょっと高めのカウンター席があって奥にはテーブル先。
割烹といっても割とカジュアルな雰囲気です。
ご夫婦でやられているのですが途中でお子さんが帰ってきたりしてキッチンの中で遊んでた。
おまかせコース18000円。
5品と、最後と土鍋ご飯、最中が出て合計7品のコースでした。
常連さんの会だったので普通に行くよりは若干内容が違ってる可能性もありますがというか違うと思いますが、かなり満足度高かったです。値段が破格すぎた。
参加者の要望もあり花山椒を仕入れてくださったので最初の前菜盛り合わせの海うなぎの上にや、終盤のお肉にも花山椒を合わせてくださいました。
季節も個人的に好きなとうもろこしと貝がいただけて最高。
特に貝はお刺身で5種類も食べられて嬉しい。
お肉は近江牛のサーロインを出汁でぐつぐつして、花山椒をオン。なかには椎茸も入っていて旨味の爆弾です。それを花山椒で爽やかにいただける。
出汁も含めてめちゃ美味しかった。
土鍋ご飯は舞茸のご飯でこれもとっても美味しかったです。一瞬でみんなお替わりしてなくなった。
大将は仕事に対してはとても硬派ですが色々と優しく教えてくださり勉強になりました。
レベルの高い正統派な日本料理がいただけます。
