「お酒を美味しく呑む為にはどうしたらいいのか」
そんな事を考えさせられるお店です。
本当に美味しいお酒とお肴を頂けます。
相乗効果が物凄い。
◆外観◆
通り沿いに看板がぽつねんと見えます。
外には手書き風の「本日のおすすめ」。
入り口は道路から階段を下がった所に雰囲気のある引き戸があり、
愛想の良い挨拶を頂けます。
◆設備◆
座席はL字のカウンター席と、テーブル席、お座敷の席。広いです。
壁には一面に日本酒、焼酎等の瓶が綺麗に並べられ、
雑然としてはおらず非常に清潔感のある店内です。
◆特徴◆
どれも美味しいので、その分それなりのお値段です。
私は・・・ボーナス後じゃないと行けません（笑）
ただ、ボーナス出たら絶対行きたい。
◆メニュー◆
「本日のおすすめ」からお願いするのがオススメです。
レギュラーメニューもありますが、私的にはそれはあまり・・・でした。
本日のおすすめから数品、
それと「これに合いそうな日本酒を辛口で」なんてお願いすると
それはそれは美味しい組み合わせを出してくれます。
普段はなかなか食べないような物でも、おすすめから頼んでみる。
そんな呑み方も乙なもんです。
そんな中でも強いて一品だけ。
レバ刺があったら是非。ごま油と塩で。鉄板です。

鉄板です。
臭みがまったく無くて、うまみが凝縮されて。
ちくわの天ぷら。
一緒に行った友人に勧められて頂きましたが、
なんでちくわの天ぷらがこんなに美味いのかと絶句しました。
他にも、私の無茶な注文に快く答えてくださった若板さんの、あなごの1本寿司。
言う事無いです。最高。
◇総評◇
料理もそうですが、お店の方とのやりとりも美味しさの中に入ってくる気がします。
気持ち良く呑めてしまうのでお店を出るといきなりガクンとくる事もありますが（笑）
それでもまたお邪魔させて頂きたいと思える空間とお酒と料理。
私の稼ぎがまだ低いので頻繁にお邪魔出来ずに悔しいですが、
これを励みにまた仕事頑張れます。
