【再訪9】溝の口の新たなイメージ作りに頑張ってほしい和食割烹。

９月の初訪問以来昼・夜合わせ通算９回目の訪問に至りました。
毎回旬の食材や月毎で仕入れる焼酎・日本酒類をその都度楽しむ
機会に恵まれています。

これからは特に燗酒に丁度良い各地の日本酒銘柄が揃いつつある
ので寒い季節に向けて更に楽しみが増えそうですね。
最近いいただいた中では、塩辛、そして鮪の漬け（これは要予約）が
お薦めです。鮪の漬けはお酒のつまみで少しいただいてその後にご飯
に載せて漬け丼にしたり、出汁やお茶をかけて雑炊やお茶漬け風にい
ただくと最高の味わいが楽しめると思います。

所用のため休暇を取って溝の口に出かけたついでに食べログで
マークしていた新規店にランチがてら寄ってみることにしました。

お店は溝の口駅から徒歩約５分、ＮＯＣＴＹ裏手の道沿いの以前は
多岐川寿司さん（昨年閉店）が営んでいた場所に今月12日
にオープンした和食店です。

小洒落た色彩の外壁と白地の暖簾が掲げられた外観はいかにも新規
オープンらしい初々しさを感じる店構え。従来溝の口界隈といえば大衆的
価格は良いものの垢抜けしないイメージが多くの人々に定着しています
がこちらのお店はそれを打ち破るべく新たな溝の口時代を作ろうと果敢に
挑戦いているかのようです。

そんな外観と久々の新規オープン開拓で少々期待しながら店内に入って
みると細長いレイアウトは従前の寿司店同様でしたが、黒光りの床や
ヒノキ材等で造られたカウンターの一枚板、テーブル席が清々しい雰囲気
はいかにも割烹らしい高級感を感じます。

ランチメニューは1150円～3500円、更に予約制の会席ランチは4500円。
日替わりは刺身、焼き物など当日の仕入状況から設定される方式です。
メニューをみていると突然お店の方から声をかけられ、ビックリ！

なんと昨年9月まで梶が谷の鮨店福原さんで接客を担当して
いた方と１年ぶりの再会。その方は元々飲食店の運営を手掛ける会社の
役員としてグループ店舗の接客に携わっておられるようで、先の福原を
はじめ高津のイタリアンアツマーレ、フィオーレの森のプルミエアヴェニュー
などのお店にもかかわっておられます。

驚きの再会でしばし現況確認などで話題が盛り上がったところで
改めてランチメニューから日替わり定食を選択、更に休みなので昼から
アルコールと各地の銘柄を取り揃えたメニューから、芋焼酎もぐらをオー
ダーしました。

今日のメインは大間産の本マグロ、クロダイの刺身＆締めサバでした。
ご飯、味噌汁、茶碗蒸し、漬け物、ドリンク、デザートが一式となっていま
した。ご飯はおかわりができる方式、お料理の分量は相応の内容で
価格とのつり合いも相応な印象でした。

食後夜のメニューを拝見。
和食をベースとしたコース料理をはじめ、好みで先付、煮物、焼き物、揚げ物、
飯物等々をア・ラ・カルトでいただける方式を採用しているそうで、近い時期に
夜のメニューも試してみようと思います。
