「ミシュランガイド横浜・川崎・湘南2015特別版」でミシュランビブグルマン獲得したお店。日本料理幸庵の系譜だ。
お店は2013年9月オープン。東急田園都市線溝の口駅徒歩5分の場所にあります。店内は落ち着いた雰囲気で清潔。果たして、料理のお味はいかに(*´∇｀)ﾉ

⚫銀だらの醤油麹焼き
とろっ、と口のなかでトロケル銀だらさん。醤油麹で独特の風味、うま味を醸し出す。ご飯との相性バッチリだ。
⚫鶏肉 ピーマン とびっこ
唸る仕上げではないが、安定、安定。
⚫ご飯 味噌汁 漬物
長野県産コシヒカリは一流な日本料理店クオリティ。よく炊けていますね。また味噌汁が美味しかった。
⚫蕎麦粉
長野県から生蕎麦を仕入れ。角の立った綺麗なお蕎麦。蕎麦つゆの仕上げも良く、蕎麦好きさんでも納得の味だろう。
⚫黒豆 きな粉 アイスクリーム
わっ、美味しい～きな粉の風味に、黒豆のうま味。やりますな。
