11月1日NEW OPEN!! 【大山どり】の丸鶏を贅沢に使用した醤油らぁ麺がおすすめです。

平日の19時15分に入店、先客は2名。店内の券売機で濃厚つけ麺950円の食券を購入しカウンター席へ。店員さんに食券を渡して大盛で熱盛をお願いしました。麺の茹で時間が長いっす。10分で提供、キレイな盛りで期待大です^ ^
いただきます。麺に対してスープが少なめ。スープは濃厚な魚介豚骨。魚介強めで魚肉もスープに紛れている。麺は艶やかな太麺で、一度茹で上げてから二度茹でしたので、持ち上げやすく食べやすい。濃厚スープが麺に絡むので、後半足りなくなりそうになり焦る。
低温調理の豚さんは肉肉しくてまいう！スープに軽くくぐらせて食べたら最高^o^ 穂先メンマもなかなか良かったです。
貴重なスープをレンゲ2杯分残すことに成功し、スープ割りをお願いしました。ポットから出汁が出て、残ったスープに合うくらいの分量で提供。かなりまいう！こんなにまいうな〆スープが飲めるなんて！ラーメンの方がまいう説が浮上してきます(^◇^;)
全体的にお高めの価格設定ですが、濃厚つけ麺が一番コスパが良いのではないかな？
