向ケ丘遊園で少し変わったスシでお酒が飲めるお店に訪問
駅の栄えていないほうから出ると目の前にある建物の二階、ある意味とても分かりやすい立地のお店でした。
階段とエレベーターがありますが、どちらからでも入れるようで、階段を上がるとネタケースがなければ寿司屋とは思えない店内。
ただ、奇抜というよりも面白い作りといった感じ。
こちらのお店、料理も内装もアレンジが効いている。
席に着くと、店員さんが丁寧にメニューの説明をしてくれます。
そして、丁寧に説明されたらそのまま頼んでしまいたくなるのが人の性。おすすめ頂いた料理と樽の日本酒を頂く。
まずはお酒から、銘柄は覚えていないが日替わりでたるごと仕入、サーバーから次いで持ってきてくれるらしく、この日のお酒は辛口でフレッシュな味わいで魚とも相性はいい。
華やかフルーティーな大吟醸も好きですが、料理と併せるなら辛口でなおかつ、フレッシュさを感じられると重たくなくていい。
他にも、抹茶をたててから作る緑茶ハイ等、アレンジが効いている。
料理は都心部でも増えているアレンジが効いた創作スシ、
カットが面白い物から、アメリカみたいなロール、のっけ鮨も昔とは一味も二味も違う。
思わず写真を撮らずにはいられないでしょう。
ちなみに、メニュー数も多く鮨以外もいろいろあるので、飽きずに長い時間呑める印象。
家が近くなら閉店まで行けちゃう勢いでお酒とスシが愉しめました。
自宅の近所に欲しい・・・。
