Food Carefully selected ingredients
You can enjoy carefully selected ingredients purchased from Tsukiji. You can also enjoy seasonal ingredients such as shinko and squid in the summer, and milt and red bean liver in the winter.
Food Recommended monkfish hotpot
We mainly use Anglerfish from Yoichi in Hokkaido and Aomori. Anglerfish pot filled with monkfish stock, fresh monkfish liver, and collagen-rich gara are simply exquisite. This is a ``proud dish'' that you definitely want to try.

This year marks the 60th anniversary of our establishment. We go all the way to Toyosu to carefully select our products. We only use wild Indian tuna. In the summer, we purchase shinko and new squid.
...In the winter, we hang and fillet monkfish, cod milt, and raw kuruma prawns. Nihonshu no Soko Nuke is a must-try for sake lovers. It is a Niigata sake that is refreshing and easy to drink.
