ステーションホテルからまさかのレストラン全店撤退「素泊まりホテル」になり果て、唖然としていたら果敢にも出店、注目していましたが、何分お高めで来店できず。値下げ＋カードのポイントが大量に溜まったのでやっと行きつきました^_^)
以前のボン・ロザーザュの居抜きで内装はほとんど変わらず。逆に馴染み客だと落ち着きます。窓際は予約の人優先？ かなり予約の人が多いので良い席にしたければ予約が良さそうです。私はたまたま？ 二回とも気遣いかブュッフェカウンターすぐの席でした。
料理は小皿が９つ並んだ木盆に取り分けます。その場所が一番奥で分かりづらい。手前に置いたらいいのに。小皿がきれいで魔法陣ぽくもあり、見るだけで楽しい。一つ一つは小さいのですが料理を取っていくと少しずつ味わえる量、全体で結構しっかり量になるので、最初から欲張らないほうが良いです。客席側は和風宗座い、反対側にフルーツや和風スイーツ、サラダもあり。奥のカウンターは温かい料理で、この時期は鶏大根と手羽元煮、そして売りの「麦とろ」と蕎麦。
惣菜はどれも程よいダシの味で塩分控えめで美味。ザンネンなのは春野菜といいつつナスとかピーマンが出ていたこと、ちょっとお勉強を。少しずつそれぞれ食べて、気に入ったのをおかわりすると程よいです。
麦とろは麦しっかり、悪く言うとボソボソ。とろろかけてなんぼ、そのとろろは田舎風味噌味とダシで伸ばしたものと二種、気が利いてます。ダシでのばすとゆるくなってしまうので、ガツンと粘るのが好きなら味噌に限る！ 蕎麦はどうしても伸びてしまうのがザンネン。
総じて味はイイ、ダシがバランスよくまろやかです。海苔とか納豆があったら最高でした。
ついでに呑み放題をつけましたが、単品だとイイお値段なので、３杯以上呑むなら放題に限ります。ビールあるなし選べますがビールは上品な味のクラフト、無しでもスパークリングワインつきでそれが良い品なので楽しめます！ また日本酒も淡麗で料理に合う、料理とのバランスを考えた酒のセレクトで中々です。強いて言うとスタッフさんがもう少しホールを見渡していてくれると、頼みやすいなと想い升。
ちなみに家族連れもＯＫですが一応はホテルなので、ファミレスみたいに騒ぐのは見苦しくなるのでＴＰＯは考えた方がイイでしょう。ちなみに、ステスク側から入れますが、特に子供の教育上は正面玄関からぜひ登るべきですね^_^) 服装はこぎれいな恰好で十分です。
なお、いつの間にか朝食ブュッフェも始めていたようです。外来でも食べられるそうなので、もっと宣伝したらいいのにと言ってしまいました^_^;
相模大野から食べ放題系がほぼ全滅撤退しましたが復活ののろし、すき焼きや伊勢海老、寿司付きなど工夫しています、ぜひ根付いて欲しい美味しいハレの日向けなお店です^_^)
