大和駅から2分ほどにある【大和石橋】
木の温もりを感じる落ち着く店内。
カウンター席と真ん中と奥にテーブル席があり、今回は奥のテーブル席をご用意頂きました☆
地元で人気のお店のようで、あっという間に満席になっていました。

ハッピーアワーを利用して丸ごと粒々レモンサワーで乾杯♪
皮の苦みも感じるさっぱりした飲み心地。
☆お通し
お通しは、クリームチーズを使った自家製豆腐。
しっかりした食感でむっちむち。
食べ進めていくとクリームチーズが存在感を増していきます。
出汁醤油が塩味控えめで上品なお味で、自家製豆腐に合う。
☆きんびら牛蒡の柚子山椒和え
柚子胡椒が程よく効いていておつまみにぴったり！
☆天味噌の野菜スティック
色鮮やかなみずみずしいお野菜と一緒に頂くのは、甘めのお味噌とマヨネーズと天かすを混ぜたモノ。
このお味噌が絶品！！
天かすの食感もいいし、コクを出してくれて味わいに奥行きが出ます。
このお味噌だけで飲める♡

鶏胸肉はトロトロで柔らかい！
ゴマ油が効いた甘めのタレがまた良くて、ネギと頂くと最高で美味しい！！

お箸で持つのが困難なほど、お出汁たっぷり！！
お出汁たっぷりのフワフワトロトロ卵と、香ばしくふっくら焼かれた鰻のタッグは最強！！

盛り合わせもあったけれど、好きな物をセレクト。
穴子の天ぷら、紅生姜、アスパラの豚巻き、加賀れんこんの肉詰め。
衣がサックリ揚がっているけれどもっちりした感じ。
黒七味塩が好みで美味しく頂きました♡
☆国産牛と雲丹の土鍋ご飯
ジューシーな国産牛と雲丹がたっぷり♡
すき焼きのような甘めの味付けです。
お出汁を掛けると塩味が加わり、〆には私的にはお出汁を掛けた方が好みでした♪
☆京都宇治産 生抹茶の最中
あんこも抹茶アイスもたっぷりの最中。
パリッパリの最中が香ばしく、あんこと抹茶アイスと良く合います。
求肥も入っているのでボリューム満点！
シェアがオススメです。
何を頂いても美味しくて、ご近所の方が羨ましい！
サービスも心地良く、ついつい長居してしまいました。
今度は日本酒を頂きに伺いたいな。
