”居酒屋を超えた呑み屋！？”
ワンランク上と自称する「大和石橋」。
大和駅からすぐの場所。
このエリア在住、音楽関係の友と行ってきました。
お店はテーブル席と、ライヴ感を堪能出来るカウンター席。
今回は2人なので、カウンター席を予約。
目の前で調理が繰り広げられています。
最初は生ビール、こちらはノンアルで「濃い宇治抹茶」。
抹茶の濃さで、お店のロゴが見えにくい。
濃厚ですが、和の料理との相性は良好ですね。
店員さんオススメの料理を中心に頼んでみよう。
土鍋ご飯は1時間くらい掛かるので、最初に注文しておきましょう。
「おばんざい4種盛り（2,068円）」
4点盛だけど、5点盛で登場！
きんぴら、菜の花＆ホタルイカ、紫芋のポテサラ、チーズ＆柑橘、レバー。
お通しの自家製豆腐と共に、豪華な前菜になっています。
中でもきんぴらの食感が良いアンバイ、レンコンの美味しさ極めてます。
「本日のお刺身（1人前・1,045円）」
2人前の注文しましたが、それぞれ別の盛り付け。
見た目も鮮やか、一切れづつ盛ってあります。
どの魚も新鮮な味わいですが、鯛が一番好みでした。
鰹も定番の食べ方ではなく、レモン風味の薬味で味わい深くなってる。
「鰻の出汁巻き卵（938円）」
アツアツで鰻の旨味充満！
食感も良く、今まで食べたどの鰻巻より美味しかった！
来たら毎回頼みそうな逸品。
「国産牛と雲丹の土鍋ご飯（2,948円）」
牛肉の土鍋ってどんなのかな？
お米自体の美味しさと、牛肉、雲丹の食感合わさり最高の味わい。
出汁で最後はお茶漬け風。
ワサビでアクセント、こちらの食べ方も美味しい。
これは他の土鍋も食べてみなくては！
数量限定の日本酒。
「亀泉 純米吟醸（グラス・800円）」
無濾過原酒、高知のお酒。
最近高知県に行ってきた友人はコレは飲んでない。
という事で、改めて高知のお酒を満喫した模様。
”ワンランク上”は伊達じゃなかった。
しっかり上品な料理を食べれる、お酒も呑めるお店。
庶民派の大和市には異端？
いえいえ、値段もかなりお得に抑えてある印象です。
店内の音量も丁度良く、音楽談義で楽しく過ごせました。
再訪確実！ごちそうさまでした。
