知人と釣堀へ。
相模線倉見駅下車徒歩5分。
湘南釣堀、色々な釣りが楽しめる。
キッズに混じっておっさん2人組。
知人は伊勢海老4尾、自分はカワハギ1尾を釣り上げ、持ち帰り(別料金)。
調理してくれるお店を訊ねたらこちらを紹介して頂いた。
食事かテイクアウトを注文すると持ち込んだ魚を調理してくれる(ただし、持込分はテイクアウト不可)。
OYUGIWAでさっぱりしてから。
アジ刺し、金目のなめろう、高清水を注文。
伊勢海老は焼きで、カワハギは造りでお願いした。
なめろうはクセが無くて上品。
アジ刺しは旨いとわかる見た目。
良いお店だ。
海老とカワハギが登場し、一気にゴージャスなテーブルになった。
無料で調理してくれるなんて、コスパ良すぎ。
で、さすが伊勢海老だし、カワハギは肝醤油で言わずもがな、この上は無い。
次回からOYUGIWAからこちらが鉄板になりそうだ。
