お蕎麦が売りのようですが、お刺身や一品料理もとっても美味しい〜♪日本酒も豊富。
店員さんも親切で居心地良い空間です。

ビールとセットで乾杯できる一品セットです。
刻み山葵の板わさ沢庵、焼きネギぬた、魚介の和え物です。お気に入りは焼きネギのぬた。
香ばしく焦げ目のついたネギはとろっと甘くて酢味噌がよく合います〜。
土の香サラダ
揚げパスタならぬ、揚げ蕎麦がトッピング。
かりんとのような甘みもあって、ポリポリ美味しい。
蕎麦屋の海老マヨ
サクサクの軽めの衣にぷりぷりの海老！
オーロラソースでいただきます。
こちらも揚げ蕎麦トッピング。
お刺身盛合せ
イカ、鯛、鮪、しめ鯖、鰹。どれも新鮮です。
イカはねっとり食感、鮪もしっとり筋なく美味しい。
分厚めなしめ鯖のお酢加減が絶妙…。
ツーンとこないすっきり後味です。
レア天ぷら 帆立、サーモン、本まぐろ
これが衝撃的に美味しかった〜！
ビジュアルも素敵ですが、半生食感の身とサクサクの衣が最高です。
サーモンの脂のりが良く、口の中でとろけます〜
帆立も甘くてトロトロ…。
おかわりしたくなります^ ^
蕎麦豆腐
蕎麦がきの入ったヘルシーなお豆腐。
ごま豆腐のような甘味と味噌が甘じょっぱ美味しい。
手打ち十割そば
北海道北空知の蕎麦粉を使い、お店で蕎麦打ちしているそう。十割そば独特のモロッと食感が味わい深いです。
つゆも付きますが、付けずに、山葵でツウないただき方で。あー美味しい！
つるつるな喉越しなのにふわっと食感もあるお蕎麦。
蕎麦湯も最後までいただきました。
お酒はビール、カクテルはもちろん、
日本酒がとっても豊富。
お刺身やお蕎麦に合う日本酒。贅沢です。
店員さんおすすめの珠韻の純米酒がフルーティでスカッとして美味しかったです。
ランチも行ってみたいお店です(ﾟ∀ﾟ)
