News from Shiki

レンブランドホテル海老名に入っている料理屋さんです。
個室も多く、会食に記念日にと使い勝手は良さそうなお店。
結論から言いますとお料理は普通。お酒は豊富。
サービス良くない。サービス料を計上するお店ですが何のためのサービス料なのでしょう？
個室を予約して入店。お部屋にご案内しますと言われたまま仲居さんが行方不明となり10分弱待たされる。
バックヤードから別の仲居さんが出てきたので部屋がどこか尋ねると予約名を訊かれる二度手間。
すみませぇ〜ん 申し訳ありませんでしたぁ〜 って既に苛ついてるこちらになんやねんその猫撫で声。
個室は掘りごたつタイプ。
大きな窓から枯山水のお庭が見えてキレイだな。
たまにネコちゃんが横切ったりなんかして。
しかし呼び出しピンポンなども無いのでいちいち戸を開けて仲居さんを呼ばねばなりません。
ピンポン無いか訊いたら持ってきてくれました。あるなら最初から置いといてくれ。
まずは生ビールで乾杯。
●キリンブラウマイスター（1,100円）
クリアな味わいしっかり美味しい。
しかしちょっと大きめのグラスでこの価格。お酒は総じてやや強気の価格設定に感じました。
その後は日本酒で。
天青（茅ヶ崎）
廣戸川（福島）
いづみ橋（海老名）
と地元神奈川のお酒を中心に。
スタッフに利き酒師がいるだけあって日本酒ラインナップは豊富で◎す。
お酒もメニューに載っていないものがお店入口の冷蔵庫に色々入ってるのを確認しているのでメニュー以外のお酒を訊いたら「今月の日本酒」リストを持ってきてくれました。
あるならメニューと一緒に最初から置いといてくれ。
今回は米沢牛すき焼きコースです。
ちなみに料理が出されるたびに無言で置いていかれ内容の説明は一切ありません。
●先付
ひじき煮 いくらと鴨
えっ？ひじき？味わいも街の定食屋と変わりません。
鴨が添えられていますがひじきとは特に合うこともなく、別の料理を無理矢理ひとつの小鉢に詰め込んだ体です。
●お造り
カンパチとホウボウ
カンパチは少々くさみあり。ホウボウも語るとこ無し。
●すき焼き
米沢牛のべろりと大きなお肉。
仲居さんが作って取り分けてくれます。今回唯一サービスを感じたところですね。
お味はすき焼き。
●ごはん、香の物、止椀
ごはんはモチッとしてちょうど良い炊き加減。美味しい。
香の物も紫蘇が効いたキュウリと梅が効いた大根。好き。
お椀の実は大ぶりのなめこ。
今日一番の美味しい３点セットでした。
あと緑茶も美味しかった。
●デザート
梨とメロンのゼリー寄せみたいなの。
果物もゼリーも薄味。マスカットだけは美味しかったけと、他は味の濃いすき焼きのあとではほぼ無味。
残念ながらサービス料取るのに客が快適に食事を楽しめるようなお気遣いは感じられないお店でした。
