We skillfully incorporate the four seasons of Jinya, such as using plums, bracken, and bamboo shoots picked in Jinya's gardens and making dishes using bamboo from the bamboo forest, to provide our guests with the joy of seasonal cuisine. Restaurants, Nigiwaitei, which floats on a pond and is surrounded by greenery, is also available for private dining, in our rooms (private rooms), and for groups, in the banquet hall. (Those who dine here can use the hot springs at a special rate.)
