The three-layered noodles created by the owner who trained at a famous restaurant in Izu are a specialty that has a firm texture and a rich aroma. The secret to its deliciousness lies in the two types of flour: gozenko and sweet potato flour. The Sarashina soba, which has a distinct texture and texture, and the Kanpi soba, which has a strong aroma, are layered in three layers to bring out the best of each. We are open from 11am, but the event will close as soon as it is sold out, so please arrive early.

The soba noodles are prepared three hours before opening every morning, and are freshly made and boiled. We offer a variety of dishes, from the classic cold "Mori Soba" (800 yen) and "Tororo Soba" (1,100 yen) that are perfect for the hot season, to the warm "Kake Soba" (800 yen) and "Tempura" (1,400 yen) with their mild tasting dashi. Extra large servings are available for an additional 200 yen for both. Please try our special three-layered soba noodles, created by the owner after many years of training.

When you pass through the quaint noren and pull the sliding door, you will be greeted by a calm interior with wood grain as the main theme. The spacious table seats allow everyone, from solo travelers to friends and families, to relax and enjoy their meals. Since it is located in the Jambo Nack building, it is also recommended for dining while shopping, leisure, or sightseeing. Please enjoy the aroma and taste of three-layered soba noodles in a simple and clean space.

For drinks, we offer ice-cold "medium bottle beer" for 700 yen. We recommend crispy Tempura as an accompaniment. The "Tempura Assortment" with two shrimp, whiting, and vegetable tempura is reasonably priced at 600 yen. On the weekends, enjoy Tempura and a drink at a soba restaurant from noon. Please enjoy such a refined luxury. For the final dish, we recommend soba made with our special three-layered noodles.
