個人的うなぎのナンバーワンの店
北のお散歩マンことリトルトゥースです。
箱根の温泉に行く途中に前々から行きたいと思っていたこちらにお伺いしました。食べログ高評価店なので、かなりの持ち時間になる事は覚悟の上でございます。
提供されたうな重の蓋を開けると脂で輝いているうなぎが登場しました。口に入れるとふわふわとろとろ、うなぎの脂がとてつもない旨味を生み出し、今まで食べたことがない絶品のうなぎでした。
ご飯の固さも丁度良い完成度の高い鰻重、現時点で間違いなくナンバーワン！
必ず再訪します。

北のお散歩マンことリトルトゥースです。
人生のご褒美の一つ。あえてココの為に北から小田原市に遠征する。
土曜日の開店10時に遅れること5分に到着。店内入ってすぐの受付に事前に電話にて取り置き予約をしておいた旨を告げ、時間帯が早かったため待つ事なく2階の畳席にすぐに通していただいた。
まずは、割きたてのきもをタレでいただく。強めのタレ、苦味のある柔らかい部分とイカ(笑)のような歯応えの部分、卵黄でまろやかにする。まさに珍味。個人的には刺さらなかったかな。
30分ぐらいして鰻重が届く。一般的にうなぎの部位の中では、尻尾が1番おいしいと言われているが、こちらのうなぎは尻尾はもちろん美味いが、胴体の部分は特に脂がのっているので、フワとろ具合を強く感じられるのでワイはこっちの方が好み。
やはりこちらのうなぎは改めておいしいと思う。
こちらの会計は、スタッフが食べ終わった頃合いを見て、お茶と共に伝票を席に持ってきてくれます。席会計でクレジットカードor現金となります。
食べ終わった11時ごろには数名外待ちのお客さんがおりました。
