Frequently Asked Questions Q1. Can I use a regional coupon? A. Both paper and electronic coupons can be used. Q2. Can I use the kawadoko? A. Only available to customers ordering a course. As these seats are popular, we recommend making a reservation in advance. (An additional kawadoko fee of 1,000 yen (excluding tax) will be charged per person.) Q3. Can I reserve a seat? A. Both kawadoko seats and restaurant table seats can only be reserved by customers ordering a course. (The lunch-only "Beef Hot Pot Set" must be ordered in person at the restaurant. Q4. Where is the parking lot? A. There are 4 parking spaces diagonally across from the store, and 2 parking spaces on the Tenseien side of the store. As the number of spaces is limited, we ask that you use public transportation where possible. (There is Tenseien's paid parking lot (approximately 200m) nearby.) Q5. Can I pay by credit card? A. We accept various cards such as VISA and MASTER. Q6. Can I bring children? A6. Our restaurant only caters to customers aged 12 and over who are able to dine on our regular course menu.
