湯河原温泉で一泊、まずは旅館チェックイン前に
お昼ご飯で 海を感じたいと思いました
チョイスは 割烹しらこ
旅館の夕ご飯と被らない様なメニュー選択
を試みましたが…
釜揚げしらす丼、焼き魚定食、煮魚定食
釜揚げしらすは
この辺りの名物ですので「頂きます！』
（実は旅館での夕食、翌朝食でもしらすを頂きました… 被りまくりですね、でも美味なので◎）
焼き魚は
「ブリの塩焼き」は脂のってましたねー
もうひとつは「えんがわ焼き』これは珍しい！
味は◎！ 大半が骨なので食べやすくはなかったですが…
煮魚は
「キンメ」おーラッキー！と鰤
キンメはカブト部分でしたねー目の周りのゼラチン質がうまいとされてますねー
海辺のお店ならではの料理でした
旅情感たっぷり感じられました

接客の方、お化粧？フレグランスはほどほどに…
和食は繊細だと思いますので…
