Once the Ise lobsters caught in Manazuru are purchased, they are sent to the tank. After receiving the order, we take the fish out of the tank and process it. The sweetness and crunchy texture are different!

All parts other than sashimi are served boiled (1,100 yen, tax included). Fatty fish is delicious even when boiled!
