大学時代の友人と疲れを癒す旅の為、こちらの宿に宿泊する事になりました。 古びた外観が趣があり、まさに温泉宿という感じでした。
待ちに待った夕飯ですが、部屋食でいつもと違う雰囲気に興奮しました。
まず一杯目に生ビールを注文しました。少しフルーティーな感じがあり好みが分かれそうです。干物屋も兼職されてるようで魚が主でした。白身魚が沁みるほど美味しく感じました。また酢の物やお吸い物が優しく刺激的でないのでたまにはこんなのもいいかな、と思わせてくれるような味でした。
最後の方に、北海道産の鮭の塩焼きが配膳。
身が太っており、質感が全く違います。皮も癖や臭みがないので美味しく頂けました。
