This is Kochi City, enter Green Road from the Otesuji 1-chome side and turn left at the first alley. The restaurant was full, so I'm glad I made a reservation! First of all, the appetizer and beer, and the appetizer is Baikai. Then there's Kairayaki and Hamayaki. The first thing I received was Asari, and even when the shellfish opened, it felt like medium-rare, and it was extremely delicious. Next is Chotaro shellfish, which has a strong flavor and has a scalloped feel. First of all, I served it simply with green onions and white soup stock, and the shellfish was served with a drizzle of soy sauce. It was definitely a shellfish with a strong flavor. I was able to eat the shrimp all the way to the head. No matter how you look at it, this is Japanese sake. Kochi seems to have its own unique shellfish culture, and just looking at the photos and names of the shellfish on the menu is interesting! Next is seared bonito with salt. Authentic bonito is definitely different! The meat was firm and had a rich red meat flavor, and there were plenty of onions and green onions. The crispy green Tempura that followed was also delicious. The filling is shellfish. Not only shellfish, but also the chicken-like soup stock, and when you add the flavor of shellfish to it, it's super delicious. It was a highly recommended menu item. It seemed like a very popular store.
