GWのど真ん中に、高知に宿泊するスケジュールとなり
高知に住まう知人に相談したところ
「海鮮は全部美味いから」「適当な居酒屋を選べば良い」
と、簡単にコメントされたものの
それでもやっぱり美味しい店が良いなぁ、と、食べログでコメント欄をあさり
そして、選んだ、こちらのお店。
利用前日に「もし可能なら」とお電話したところ、快く２人の予約を
受けてくださりました。とは言え「なかば無理やり」なのは
こちらもよくわかります。開店直後、とまでは行きませんでしたが
「なる早」ということで１８時に入店。させていただきました。
また、お忙しいのは確実ですので、アラカルトでの注文はあきらめ
観光客らしく「3500円のコース」をお願いしておりました。
着席して、すぐ、「先付」というか「前菜」的な３品盛のお皿。
赤い皿と白い皿。２人、まったく同じ料理ナシ！ 合計６品の前菜です。
どちらかと言うと、ちょっと脂もある料理で、「お酒を飲む前に胃袋対策」
って感じ、優しいお店だなぁ。。
そして、すぐ出てきたのが「貝」です。平たいタイプのバイ貝と、なんと言っても「チャンバラ貝」！
しまなみで食べて大好きになったこの貝に、高知で再開できるとは！！！
もう、生ビールではしんぼうできません（笑） お造りの到着を待たずして、日本酒に突入！です。
メニューに書かれている地酒を選ぼうとし、、、たら「店長のオススメのお酒もありますよ」
と店員さんからの進言が！！
一も二もなくお願いすることにします。「味の濃い、吟醸香の弱いお酒が良いです」。
じゃあ。。。。と店長の指示で、ピッタリ一合が入るガラスのトックリで、「久礼」のお酒を２種いただく形になりました。
高知市内のお店だと県東部の大手酒造「土○鶴」を選ぶ店が大半な中、
県西部を代表する、司牡丹が「普通のお酒」であるコチラ。
店長さんの出身も「久礼」。とのこと。うふふ。美味いぜ西岡酒造の酒！
料理はその後も、カツオを含むお刺身、蒸し牡蠣、炙り押し寿司、鳥のソテーと、少食な妻には多いくらいの料理たち。3500円、安い！美味い！
給仕してくださる店員さんの応対も明るくて気持ちよく、この店めっちゃ居心地よろしがな！
