前日の夕方暗くなってから土佐沖で釣れた戻り鰹でなかなか手に入れることが難しいとのこと。脂がのり過ぎておらず、いごてつの天日塩と良く合って美味しかった。

多分ユニークなオーナーが営まれているのでしょう。
