高知県、四万十市街にある郷土料理店。
おかずがうまいのに、米が割れて食感を台無しにしてたのが残念でした…
■ たたき定食 1300円 (16年8月)
そもそも塩たたき定食を頼んだんですが、普通のたたきが出てきました。
味はやはり良いです。ほんと高知のカツオのたたきはレベル高いですね！
しかしたたきは5切れ。 今まで他のお店で食べてきた量を考えると少ないです。
そして、ご飯の割れ米が多いです。舌触りが悪くておかずも進みにくくなってしまいます。
■ うな丼(味噌汁付) 2500円
でかい！ 養殖とはいえ、四万十の鰻が2500円でこれだけ出てくると嬉しいです。
しかし…ご飯の割れ米が多くて台無しです。
舌触りを損ねてしまっています。とにかく残念…とても残念…
もっとお値段の張る天然鰻もありましたが、この米だと台無しだろうな…頼まなくて良かった。
■ 土佐ジロー出し巻 800円
高知の有名鶏、土佐ジローの卵のだし巻きです。
肉を食べる鶏だと思ってたんだけど、卵もおいしいです。
コクや香りが特別良いわけでもないのは…卵より腕が良いのかな？
■ さば寿司 二貫 230円
サバは薄くて固くて塩辛いです。
それに臭みがあっておいしくない。
■ 雰囲気・サービス
男性二人でされているようで愛想のない感じでした。
店内は照明が薄暗く、入ってすぐは営業してるのか心配になってしまいました。
