An assortment of 5 types of horse sashimi where you can enjoy Kumamoto's specialty horse, which is sure to please guests from outside the prefecture! Please give it a try! Please use the Yamaguchi family to provide hospitality to your loved ones. We also prepare Local Cuisine such as freshly fried mustard lotus root and Ichimonji no Guruguru.

By slowly grilling it on a heated lava plate, you can enjoy the meat without losing its original flavor thanks to the effect of far infrared rays! We have a wide variety of Yogan-yaki (roasted on a hot stone) menu items such as horse ribs, futaego, red chicken thighs, seseri, chicken offal, etc. that are unique to Kumamoto! We also have red beef and beef fillet delivered directly from our sister store New Kumamoto-tei. Enjoy it!
