熊本市にあるおすし・割烹 とく寿さんへお邪魔しました。
並木坂通りにあり、ドルハウスビルの一階にあります。
お寿司を突然食べたくなり、調べたら近くにあり口コミも良いのでこちらに行くことにしました。
ランチは13:30までで１分前に行きましたが快く入れさせて頂きました。
ランチは何個かありますが選択肢はなく１３２０円の握りのみとの事でそちらを注文。
まず小鉢が２品と茶碗蒸し。
茶碗蒸しは餡が掛けられていてが個人的には一番美味しかったです。
小鉢も水菜の和え物と里芋が付いてて本格的な味付けで美味しかったです。
お寿司は魚５貫、野菜５貫の計１０貫です。
魚は新鮮で見た目も綺麗です。
何よりネタが大きい。
お酢とシャリもバランス良く、この価格でこのクオリティは満足です。
ただ、大好きなマグロは食べたかった‥
お店の雰囲気もよく、今度は夜でゆっくり伺ってみたいです。
