The NPO Tsunagu, which is part of the same group, helps people with disabilities become independent. Under the supervision of Holy Chef, friends with disabilities make Hamburg, dressings, miso, pizza, etc. using locally produced ingredients such as fruits, vegetables, and dairy products that are specialties of Kumamoto Prefecture, and sell them in the Holy Chef store. In addition, with the support of local farmers, we are able to provide Kumamoto Toppen vegetables such as bell peppers, eggplants, and tomatoes, which are fresh and affordable. These are also only sold in the Holy Chef store. Thanks to the customers who visit the store, Holy Chef will be celebrating its fifth year since opening in April 2021. All of our staff will continue to work hard to make our customers happy, so we appreciate your continued patronage. |
