We always have over 10 types of strings carefully selected from all over the country. Most of the leashes are open and available as a whole. We have a large selection of strings that are approximately 20cm or larger. We are also very particular about thawing, and we use a method that takes over 6 hours from freezing to refrigeration to thaw, so that we do not lose the flavor of the fish.
