You can enjoy the flavorful "Super Aged Wagyu Beef" in Yakiniku (Grilled meat) style. In addition to carefully selected Kuroge Wagyu beef, this is a truly premium Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant that also handles the rare and valuable aged Kobe beef. ◆ Dry-aged beef Yakiniku Yakiniku (Grilled meat) that has been left to rest for a certain period of time under strict temperature and humidity control is called “aged meat” (dry-aged beef). It has a rich flavor and aroma that will captivate you.
