The first floor is lined with private rooms with subdued lighting, and the second floor can host banquets for up to 50 people. In addition to carefully selected Kuroge Wagyu beef, this is a truly premium Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant that also handles the rare and valuable aged Kobe beef. ◆ Dry-aged beef Yakiniku Yakiniku (Grilled meat) that has been left to rest for a certain period of time under strict temperature and humidity control is called “aged meat” (dry-aged beef). It has a rich flavor and aroma that will captivate you. At our Kyoto Ekimae store, we have decided to offer this aged Wagyu beef as Yakiniku (Grilled meat), which we would like people to enjoy in small portions. ◆ We use Kuroge Wagyu beef as our aged meat. We raise it using a unique breeding method to obtain high-quality marbling. We use cows that have been harvested. |

High quality Wagyu beef made with great care by Hiramatsu Farm in Kagoshima Prefecture, just for the Pond Group. The ``dry aging'' method, which thoroughly controls temperature, humidity, and wind, greatly enhances the flavor of our ``super-aged beef.'' Be sure to check out the beef that pursues the ultimate in deliciousness of Wagyu beef, which can only be tasted at ``Pond''.

We offer courses from 3,500 yen that include aged Japanese black beef, Japanese beef offal, and popular a la carte dishes delivered directly from the farm! We are confident that you will be satisfied with our course menu, which features an array of our specialty aged meat and carefully selected special dishes. For customers who prefer a la carte, we also offer set menus where you can choose just the meat (from 3,800 yen for 2 to 3 people). Please leave your special day banquet to Pond Kyoto Ekimae branch!
