In addition to carefully selected Kuroge Wagyu beef, this is a truly premium Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant that also handles the rare and valuable aged Kobe beef. ◆ Dry-aged beef Yakiniku Yakiniku (Grilled meat) that has been left to rest for a certain period of time under strict temperature and humidity control is called “aged meat” (dry-aged beef). It has a rich flavor and aroma that will captivate you. At our Kyoto Ekimae store, we have decided to offer this aged Wagyu beef as Yakiniku (Grilled meat), which we would like people to enjoy in small portions. ◆ We use Kuroge Wagyu beef as our aged meat.
