以前は吉兆だった場所に美濃吉の竹茂楼が出来ていた。
今日は、グランヴィアで行われた大好きだった美濃吉食品の故大西社長のお別れ会に出席した後だったので、竹茂楼で食事して帰るのが一番かと思い向かった。
だいぶ遅い時間だったので営業時間外かと心配したが入店出来た。
松茸御膳(1000円 税サ込)をオーダー。
大好きだった大西社長に献杯して料理。
出て来た料理は以下の通り
松茸と水菜浸し 絶妙な酢加減で美味しい
名物 うざく いい塩梅の酢加減。旨いなこれ
鱧松茸の土瓶蒸し ちょっと甘めな出汁。シンプルに松茸と鱧と三つ葉
お造り サワラ アオリイカ 赤身 鯉 強い武将の元で老舗の料理店は育った経緯があるので、鯉などの川魚料理が基礎にあるって大西さんに教えてもらったっけ
車海老と松茸の天ぷら 海老の頭まで。美味しい。
松茸ご飯 味噌汁 お新香 京都っぽくちょっと柔らかめに炊かれた松茸ご飯も美味しい
アールグレイのアイス
竹茂楼は美濃吉の佐竹家でデパ地下展開している美濃吉食品は従兄弟にあたる大西家。なので実は竹茂楼は初めての利用だったのだが、美味しかった。
