久方ぶりに訪問させていただきました。

まさに京都という建物と内装。

席につきお酒を飲んでるとお肉登場。

まずはお肉だけを頬張る。

サシの多い柔らかい旨みを食べる。

その後は野菜を一通り食べ、そこからまたお肉に戻る。

お肉の質が良すぎてしつこく感じてしまうレベル。

白飯が無いとなかなかきつい。

老舗の絶品。

今日は記念日という事で訪問。

京都市役所前駅から徒歩約5分。

今回は、月コース(すき焼き)を事前に注文。

まずは季節の野菜の揚げがきて、そこからすき焼きスタート。

関東風と関西風の違いは主に、煮るか焼くか。

ここでは関西風の焼きで行われ、お店の方が丁寧に焼いてくれる。

まずはお肉を大きく一枚。柔らかくかつくどくない脂身は生卵と絡み合い口の中に広がる。

そこからは野菜を焼いてゆき、スペースができたらお肉も焼きと。

途中から白米もいただき、ゆっくりと食べ進める。お肉の追加もいこうかと思ったが、野菜なども意外と量があり、十分満足。

最後には季節のフルーツとして柿が。

リアルに人生で1番旨い柿だったかもしれない。
