綺麗なサシの入ったお肉をじゅうーと静かに焼く。
個室のお部屋は3階でこれまでの歴史を感じる肉の香りと味のある色合いで綺麗な卵をつけながら一人前130グラムあたりのお肉をいただきます。
最初の1枚目は最高です。お砂糖の甘味とお醤油の香りがなんともいえない美味しさ。関西風の本家すき焼き。
2枚目以降は、関東のすき焼きのイメージ。
