I had this "Jyo Shigure Bento (boxed lunch)". It was a large piece of beef simmered in shigure. The largest piece of beef covered one third of Bento (boxed lunch) in one piece. The ginger was subtle, and the flavor of the meat came to the forefront. I enjoyed the aroma of the meat.
