京都に行ったら行きたいと以前から思っていた三嶋亭さんへ伺いました。
なんと150年の歴史を持つ、伝統のあるお店で創業当時の建物をそのまま残しているそうです。
高級すき焼きの店らしく、仲居さんが目の前で丁寧に作ってくれました。
甘辛さと牛肉の味のバランスが良くて、本当に美味しかった。
ただ、最近は仲居さんのなり手が少なくなっているようです。
これも時代の流れなのでしょうが、人々を笑顔にする仕事は是非残していって欲しいなと心から思いました。
