錦市場にある鰻のお店。
魚屋さんが営む飲食店なので、素材は質が良さそう。
錦市場はとても馴染みがあるところで、数十年前から歩き回っていたが、
実際に買い物する店は、一部だったりする。
のと与さんは初めて。
うな丼や櫃まぶしなど色んなメニューがあるが、今回はうなぎ一匹を使った
うなぎ一本のせ丼(4200円)を頼んだ。
15分程度で提供。けっこう早い。
焼くだけで仕上がる関西風だからかな?
今まで食べた地焼きうなぎのパリッと系では
大阪の魚伊本店がパリパリだったが、ここも負けず劣らずのパリパリ。
タレはより醤油と砂糖(ざらめ)が強くて味濃いめ、野性的。
身の焼き方とタレの味付けのバランスが取れているか?
というと、ちょっと疑問がつくかな。
でも、濃い味の脂っこいうなぎはご飯が進む進む。
満腹感高め故に満足感もしっかり。
