Facebookの非公開肉コミュで紹介されていたのを昨夏発見。その時に本店に行こうと思いながらも初版の事情で果たせず。今回は雨が降っていたので交通至便な四条河原町店を「食べログ」予約のおかげで確保できました。阪急河原町駅から濡れずに入れるのもありがたい。
神戸ビーフと熟成和牛のそれぞれのステーキを部位ごとに、重量で注文できます。サーロイン等にも惹かれたけど年齢的に赤身に主眼を置いて選んでみました。イチボ・内もも・外ももを一人半ポンドなるようアレンジしてもらって注文。熟成肉のユッケ仕立て、同ローストビーフサラダを注文。ステーキは、焼き加減といい、肉質といい、味付けというか仕込具合といい、なかなか口当たり良くて美味しかった。同行者は京都在住ですが、メニュー的に一人でも来店・注文できることに着目、これから是非通いたいと申しておりました。デザートも種類が多くて、食事を締めるのに嬉しいラインナップでした。
