京都烏丸、うなぎ百名店、大國屋鰻兵衛さんです。
日曜お昼、お一人様予約でお伺いしました。
こちらの鰻屋さんは、お米とうなぎの両方の美味しさを楽しめるよう、別々に配膳されます。最後はうなぎ茶漬けで締めになります。
店員さんが丁寧に説明しながら接客いただけるので、たっぷり鰻を楽しめます。
お米は土釜炊きで、ツヤツヤと光っております。
うなぎは焼き上げた後に蒸しており、ふっくらとしています。脂が乗って美味しいです。タレは少し甘めで、しっかりしたお味。その分、最後のうなぎ茶漬けが、さらさら美味しくいただけます。
自分でよそうご飯は、美味しさが増します。
