All of the meat we serve for our Steak is Hirai beef. Please enjoy the gentle sweetness of the marbling that melts in your mouth the moment you put it in your mouth.

The average is roast beef Sushi. Above is a set of roast beef Sushi and meat roll Sushi. The roast beef is carefully cooked in a vacuum at a low temperature by a chef with experience working in a French restaurant, resulting in a tender meat that retains its juices. I made the roast beef into Sushi. Enjoy with wasabi soy sauce. Meat roll Sushi is a creative Sushi made with seasoned Japanese black beef and rice mixed with vegetables wrapped in seaweed, and is also a popular dish.
