Crispy batter!! ️ The more you chew the meat, the more flavor it gets. Delicious~ It becomes soft and melty at the end. The thickness is just right. There are 3 types of sauce. Pork Cutlet sauce, peanut sauce, mustard. The thick mustard is just the right amount of tangy and gentle. But personally, I like to eat it with salt. That much meat and the best batter. The rice was also fluffy. Comes with salad, miso soup, and pickles. It's expensive, but I don't feel like I'm missing out at all. Someone at work said that the meat in Namdaemun was delicious, and it was true! ️ It's so delicious that it's a waste to put sauce on it!
