Onion pie warmed sautéed with butter topped with parmesan cheese ice cream is heavenly! Grilled fish is also to perfection - succulent in the meat and crispy with the skin. Of course the fish “isaki” itself is freshly delivered by a method known as nerve tightening. But to deliver this level of grilled fish requires some polished skills. Hats off to Chef Shiozawa.

2. 焼き魚 神経〆イサキ (皮目パリパリしているのに、どの調理方法で肉の部分は低温煮込みのように柔らかいの？と思うくらい驚きます。)
